Navigating climate and trade policy in times of geopolitical tensions

How will the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) evolve amid growing geopolitical challenges?

Join us for an exclusive webinar featuring Dr. Michael Pahle from the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) and Dieter Krockauer, Vice President Carbon Transformation at Carbmee. Together, they will explore how shifting geopolitical dynamics are reshaping climate and trade policies — and what this means for businesses and global markets.
As international tensions and market realignments accelerate, companies must understand the policy landscape to remain competitive and compliant. We’ll discuss key geopolitical scenarios, the future of climate-related trade mechanisms, and how different industries and regions might be affected.

Key Topics:

  • The intersection of climate policy, trade regulations, and geopolitics
  • Potential impacts on global trade and supply chains
  • Strategic insights for businesses navigating policy uncertainty and market shifts
