    Use PCFs to rank reduction opportunities by emissions impact, feasibility, cost, supplier readiness, and business value. This helps teams focus on levers such as renewable energy, material substitution, supplier process changes, logistics optimization, or product redesign.
  • Build PCFs into the target operating model
    To scale PCFs, define clear processes: who updates data, who validates assumptions, who approves methodology, and how insights are used in product, procurement, and executive reviews. This turns PCFs from one-off calculations into a repeatable operating model.
